I Rahil Panchal, would like to take this opportunity to thank the IMC staff for keeping up with my LSSBB course during this time of a pandemic, the kind of hard work the lecturer (Mr. Shiven) putting into their virtual class really show how dedicated and inclined he is towards shaping a better knowledge in attendees head. Black belt session gives in depth knowledge of Problem-solving by apply proper Statistical Analysis tools. Its mind-blowing experience. Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. Special Tanks to Frixie for well planning the course & keep update the study material up to date on daily basis. Special Tanks to Surbhi for counseling the course.

Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.
