Mr. Pankaj, delivered the knowledge in the best way possible and made the course interesting. Never felt bored because of his practical and realistic example based study approach. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team.
