The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
