The program was really great, though it was held online but it is actually interactive and the full lectures including the recorded videos are shared by the training consultant. Zeba was very supportive and encouraged me to take the training. Glad to have met her. Michelle was very supportive and on-time to respond both in mail and whatsapp.

It was a good traning full of infomation and was discussed and explained thoroughly by the trainer. Surbhi is very supportive and helpfull. And Michell is always at your step to assisst you with any issue faced.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. I feel going beyond certification and inducing interest for the subject in us is his greatest achievement. May God empower him to continue this and help as many as me. Overall course was great and an excellent trainer. Ms. Soumya Verma contribute a lot to my success in passing all of my six sigma courses. The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood.
