Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI.
