It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. I don't have enough words to thank you but your efforts in helping us through this program is unbelievable. The services were well delivered during the program without any interruption. The program is excellent, not only because it is self-paced but also there are concrete examples given in every topic, and my counselor, Rose de Luna, helped in reminding me to finish the program.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
