The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. Ms. Zeba is very accommodating and responds quickly to all my inquiries despite the time zone difference. She makes sure that all the support needed to finish the program is provided.

He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed.
