The program is excellent for those executives with technical background who want to keep updated with the high level decision making tools to propel the basis. The program supports executives who practice lean philosophy in management and continuous improvement strategies. Rose, my counsellor was accommodating. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
