Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor. A really thorough, and well-organized training. The online training features were easy to access with available reference materials to use which enables me to learn at my own pace.
