Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team! Has good communication skills and well organized team.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!

The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material.
