Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team! The lesson is very enlightening, the reviewers given and study materials provided are very well use. The Program is well packed with lessons which are very understandable. While the trainer is very good in making examples and explaining the key points of each lesson of the program. Rose is very approachable, I easily get responses from her every time there's something that I need to inquire for. The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.
