The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

I would like to thank Akther for the Meaningful training and best practice for Lean Six Sigma. I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. I can now use this knowledge in my current organization to help eliminate the possible errors and improve our process and system where user level can easily understand and identify all the risks via LSS. The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program gave us each micro and macro details about this quality tool. The trainer is equipped and skilled to impart all his expertise to the class. Kudos!
