Even in her hard times, she was replying and trying to resolve my issue related to exams which touched the most to me. I appreciate her support throughout this learning. She's the best and would request to the management to retain such a person in the organisation who made their brand name superior. Mr. Suryansh supported and resolved all the queries. His response is very prompt.

Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.

The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.
