The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. The trainer was excellent in teaching. He cleared my doubts very promptly. I would like to say thank you!

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.
