I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. I also want to give my thanks to my friends, colleagues and specially my family and my loving wife who supported me and motivate me in this journey. My counselor Rose de Luna, she was very much accommodating when ever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.

Mr. Prakash is concise and well-versed in the subject matter. Highly recommended! Answer all questions. Very professional. Just so happy that I enrolled to IMC. I learned a lot, all are provided, the live class and specially the e-learning tools very good.

The staff are lovely and compassionate and the service is wonderful. I am so happy that I found out about it, I feel it has really changed me. Rose Ann De Luna She is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms.rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.
