Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us in fact it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works.
