Overall a very detailed and through program which helps me to get the basics of Lean & six sigma methodologies will surely help me in my professional career. The Counsellor and the Service Team were very helpful throughout the process.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.
