I attend training session of both instructor Mr. Sashi and Mr. Debasis. Both instructors explanations with examples really awesome. Ms. Priyanka is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with their clients. Great support by Mr. Suryansh, which is very important to businesses these days.

I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. I hope IMC will always allow me to attend his class. Mr. Shahshi has not only command of the subject but also possesses excellent communication skills to transfer knowledge. I love him from the core of my heart. As far Counsellor is concerned, Miss Zeba was my counsellor. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

The program and the training experience were awesome. I’m glad that I had a chance to learn the material at my own pace. The trainers were very cooperative and gave individual attention. The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. I really appreciate her efforts in completing my course. Really a great experience to get certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Thanks to Ahmad for a clear understanding of the training and certification accreditations, for logistics, I really appreciate Sofia and Soumya for their timely support, finally the profuse knowledge of Six Sigma Mr Shashi Prakash, without him my training wouldn't be fruitful, so lucky to be learnt the concept from him...Highly recommend IMC Education for a better career.
