The entire Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was very instrumental in gaining a learning edge and enhancing my career opportunities. Mr. Shashi Prakash is an excellent trainer anyone can have, as he delivers the concepts and provides insights to practical world professionally. Soumya and Gaurav have been really supportive throughout the curriculum. Any doubts, details, resources etc are always provided without any hazzle. Thanks to you guys! The tech support and interfaces are very user friendly. This helps students to take-up classes and understand them without any interventions.

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Made difficult concepts very simple to understand. Last but not least... Thanks to the IMC Program for conducting such an effective & structured training session. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
