My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.
