The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.

The program was excellent and was explained in a simple way, The Trainer is really great. Surbhi is an amazing person, she is marvellous, fabulous, and fantastic. I am much lucky to have her as my counsellor. The Service Team was available 24 hours answering each and every time politely.
