Mr. Shashi Prakash is very engaging and helpful, and went out of his way to provide extra materials that will be helpful at work. I learned a lot of very very useful tips understanding lean sigma basic level.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.
