The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. It is very easy for me to understand all the topics.

I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual.
