Time bound, highly qualified trainers, excellent study materials, very elaborative and descriptive session who always encouraged our involvement, encouraged for asking questions. Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. The IMC service team is exceptional in its operations and service provisions. It is a welcoming centre of excellence, easy to refer colleagues to acquire excellence training.

I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. Ms. Akther was very detailed in explaining the course. She ensures that everyone understands the topic before proceeding to the next. The counsellor and the Service Team were very accommodating.
