I was happy with the experience, because I had all the help I need for using the platform and I also found the site very easy to understand. It is very informative, I thank Ms. Sofia and Mr. Farhann as well on assisting me on my journey they are very professional. It's great value for money. I highly recommended them to my family and friends. Sofia is very professional and supportive counselor she assist me on all my queries and needs during my yellow belt and greenbelt certification. This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.

I am thankful for the entire IMC team. You're institution is highly commendable for LSS education and training. You got a lot of professional instructors and exceptional staffs who support students beyond their roles. I highly recommend IMC for excellent and quality education and training. More power to IMC!

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

Mr. Shahsi Prakash is very excellent in terms of teaching amazing I recommend everyone to join IMC Institute. Ms. Sampada is very supportive and she explains me each and everything so well. She is the one who motivates me to join this course. The service team is very helpful and active.
