The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. Rose Ann de Luna assisted me well and checked from time to time all that I needed. Her way of assisting clients is commendable.

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.

This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining.
