The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash.
