Ms. Akther is a well-experienced trainer who explained all the concepts in detail with appropriate examples. This is a perfectly laid out program with work-related scenarios which were easy to understand. Helpful for career growth and development. It is highly recommended. Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.
