The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. Overall Awesome experience Special thanks to My Relationship Manager Mr. Nikhil the IMC team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.

Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

IMC program is excellent as well Mr. Shashi. I can certainly say he love coaching, sharing his idea, experiences by giving examples in a real world set up. His professionalism in addressing questions from this students is extraordinary. Ms. Zeba is really helping me towards my journey in this course from green belt to black. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.
