He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.

During the twelve (12) days of thorough and well-organized training for PMP Certification preparation conducted by Mr. Prasad, the visual materials and discussion were very clear, interesting, and truly inspiring. I particularly enjoyed and learned the visual illustrations, which made the program, topic easily understandable. Mr. Prasad is very knowledgeable in Project Management, very clear when it comes to delivering the topics. He did everything to make the online class exciting.

The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.

Very informative, often information is incomplete and hard to understand but helped get to the point/ goal. My counselor is Ms. Zeba, she is very helpful and patient, I may not have been able to pass because of this. I am very thankful! I recommend her fully.
