The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Sampadha did good work in onboarding. She followed up in due course to see if any assistance is required. Good work. The service Team followed up for any assistance requirements.
