The training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule. Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in classroom training as well as in telephonic mode. He cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. The program was full of information. The coach was more than wonderful. was the most prominent man in this program. A cooperative group that facilitated the trainees to communicate with the Institute.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
