The training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule. Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in classroom training as well as in telephonic mode. He cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. The program is very well written and easy to understand i would like to thank everyone involved, and special thanks to Mr. Pankaj for his simple and well explained lectures. Miss Surbhi did a great job guiding me through all the processes and registration so a big thanks to her.

The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination.
