It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

I had a Great learning Experience and i am super excited for my future endeavers. Shashi Prakash is one of the amazing trainer who i have seen so far. As a training manager i would say i had a best in class training experience. Service team is always supportive and very quick in response. i just loved the experience.

Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

The classes are really effective. Sofia is really supportive in arranging required study materials and continuous follow up on each stages for any additional support on arranging classes or clearing doubts with the instructor.
