Lean Six Sigma Certification was an excellent and beneficial program to understand the Lean Six Sigma principles in an effective manner, many thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash for his dedication and for sharing his knowledge and expertise with such amazing methodology and informative course materials. Have had a great, professional and knowledgeable experience completing the Six Sigma-Yellow Belt at IMC, therefore, I’ve decided to proceed forward to obtain the Green Belt as well. The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

It was a great program. It was a great experience also. Mr. Shashi Prakash and Mr. Abhishek both are knowledgeable expert on Lean Six Sigma. They given everything to us in classroom training and clear our all doubts and queries. I give a big thanks to Mr. Suryansh, he always available for us. He is for any type of support and help. The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. She has utilized her experience and expertise to add value to the course. Hema and Grace are both responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Grace has been particularly helpful when I was following up on my access for the examination.
