The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. The program covers all the aspects and is very useful in the practicle life, the trainer is very professional and has an excellent skill to transfer the knowdege. Michelle and Zeba are excellent.
