The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Program is very informative and helpful along the e-learning process. I get to know the topics easily because of a learning friendly videos and handouts. Trainer was very versatile and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Counsellor was very attentive on questions asked and get to know your progress from time to time.

Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience.
