Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
