The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!
