The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.
