Mr. Shashi was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. He makes sure's ever point and every phase of the training is properly understood by everyone in the class. He is doing a great job, keep up the good work. Zeba became my sole point of contact on this endeavor. She has been very helpful to me and have adjusted so much just to help me take this certification. The program is great and I have the liberty to study any time in my busy schedule. Zeba is very commendable and excellent customer advocate.

Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.
