The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. Learning the Lean Six Sigma methodology is not an easy feat yet with the help of the well organized and simplified training materials, handbooks, trainer notes, simulations, case studies and training videos provided by IMC Institute Consultancy Services to their students make the learning process easier and exciting for each belt.
