The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear. Thank you also to IMC for giving an opportunity to attend complementary classes which is also an effective mode of teaching other than e-learning. With this, I was given a chance to interact with the trainer and co-trainees and paved the way to ask questions. More thanks to Rose for her amazing support and guidance from start up to the completion of this course.

The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. As far as the service team is concerned, they have been responding to the concerns in a timely manner.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. I appreciate such industrious personality with high level of professionalism. The IMC service team remains a top-notch in the provision of quality service to the customer/trainees.

Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. I highly apprecaite all her efforts. Service Team is very supportive, thank you!

Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent.
