However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction .
