The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is an excellent counsellor. She was very supportive and cooperative throughout my journey. The service team was good and impulsive.

The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Mr. Pankaj Chouhan is very co-operative, training is satisfactory. His teaching is excellent, the way of teaching is very easy and all sessions were full of information and loaded with practical examples from all industries. Ms. Soumya is very supportive, and helpful whenever required.

I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.
