The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach.
