Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!
