Thanks so much for your very valuable training. I really enjoyed it, and appreciated the way you are trained! I feel better prepared to deal with uncomfortable issues. Thank you for your wisdom, experience and personable presentation. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and is directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi Prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. Subhi is very courteous and was ready to address every concern. Response to queries was timely and addressing the concerns. Very good Service Team.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. 8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. But thanks to IMC I have fulfilled my long-held dream. Ayisha Hazim fulfilled my long-held dream by giving a good promo. She's very accommodating and always reminding me to prepare for assessment

The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. The counsellor is very accommodating and gracious with giving advice. I highly recommend IMC Institute for its great service and representatives.
