The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. The program has all the details to equip one with the basic foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The trainer has mastery of the course and teaches with professionalism and experience. He has too much examples to bring the literature to the real world and for this, i am confident that i have the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Very supportive in providing the needed advise to students. I have been able to make some good decisions about LSS based on their expert advice. Service team too is great. They will respond to any query at any team.
