She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. The training was interactive and very detailed. Everything that you need to learn about Six Sigma Green Belt is provided. The trainer makes sure that we understand each topic before moving on to the next part. I would very much recommend this institute to my colleagues. The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
